The managing partner of the institute, MSc Economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) Karlheinz Müller, has been working in market research since 1965 and has therefore more than 50 years of practical experience in market research. Karlheinz Müller specialises in market research for floorcoverings of all types ,initially in terms of the Western European markets and subsequently, after the fall of the “iron curtain”, in terms of the most important Eastern European markets.
The survey findings are reported in tabular form or, if desired, as charts. Given that these surveys are conceived as multi-client studies, all interested companies and persons are invited to joint the already existing group of clients.
